Hey there, I’m Janice Barringer, but you might know me better as Inflate Detroit! Let me give you the lowdown on who I am and how I turned my passion into a fantastic business.

I’m a proud graduate of Oakland University with a degree in HR. But the classroom wasn’t the only place where I learned valuable lessons. I grew up in a family business where I soaked up a strong work ethic and the importance of top-notch customer service.

After two decades of soaking in knowledge from my family’s business, I decided to spread my wings and create something special. I wanted to bring joy to all the people celebrating life’s most precious moments. And that’s how Inflate Detroit was born.

Why Balloons? One thing you should know about me is that I’m absolutely obsessed with the color PINK! It’s all about spreading happiness and positivity, and what better way to do that than through colorful, joyful balloons?
